I graduated medical school from the University of Tennessee, then came to Charleston for residency in Psychiatry at the Medical University of South Carolina and participated in the NIDA-funded Drug and Alcohol Research Tract. After residency, I completed a fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry at MUSC. I decided to stay and practice in Charleston in 2013. I serve in a civilian role for the US Air Force at Joint Base Charleston, and I am available to see private patients at Coastal Psychiatry & Addiction Medicine
